Fees are set by New Jersey state law (N.J.S.A. 52:7-10) and apply per notarial act performed.
Travel fees apply in addition to the notarial act fee and are based on distance from our base location in Warren County, NJ.
Payment accepted via Cash, Zelle, or Venmo. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows may be subject to a travel fee where applicable.
Pricing for general notarial acts and travel fees is listed above and stays the same. Loan signing (NSA) appointments, including purchases, refinances, HELOCs, and reverse mortgages, are priced individually based on document package, printing and scanning needs, and turn time. Please contact me directly to discuss your signing and receive a quote.
